WPS GHA Announces...
June/July Common Working File (CWF) Dark Days
On Friday, June 30, 2017, the CWF will experience a dark day. During this time, the IVR and the WPS GHA Portal will have limited functionality and Customer Services team will be unable to access eligibility, deductible, or overlap information.
On July 1, 2017, and July 2, 2017, both CWF and the claims processing system will be dark as part of the quarterly system release. The IVR will be available for general information and the WPS GHA Portal will be available for eligibility inquires. The IVR and Portal will resume full functionality on Monday, July 3, 2017.
On Tuesday, July 4, 2017 CWF will again be dark and the IVR and WPS GHA Portal will have limited functionality. Both the IVR and WPS GHA Portal will resume full functionality on Wednesday July 5, 2107.
