Topic 1: How Front Office Decisions Drive Billing Success with Micheal Filkins, Central Professional Services

Michael has years of collections experience. He is well known to many offices and Facilities in Northern Michigan. He has valuable information to share with us in his presentation: We will be learning about: A/R processes all the way from Front Desk demographics to the end of the claim: Paid, Denied, or collections process. Best practices for claims A/R, collections and identifying missed revenue.

Topic 2: Documentation Requirements, Guidelines, Coding, and Billing Rejections, A/R Management with Sue Butler, CPC. CPB, CIMC AAPC Approved Instructor 

Sue Butler is a much sought after speaker both locally and nationally. She has over 40+ years of knowledge and experience to share with us. She is always willing to share her years of experience with all she comes in contact with. We are very lucky to have her come to Northern Michigan and share some tips with us.
