Member Reminder:
Updated Event Attendance & No-Show Policy
To help MMBA provide quality educational events while managing venue and catering commitments, we've updated our In-Person Event No-Show Policy, effective July 1, 2026.
Virtual Events
If you're unable to attend a webinar you've registered for, please notify the MMBA Administrative Office at least 48 hours before the event. Members who do not provide advance notice may be assessed a $25 no-show fee.
In-Person Events
Due to venue and catering commitments, cancellations for in-person events must be made at least seven (7) days before the event.
If you do not attend without providing timely notice:

A $25 no-show fee will be assessed.

Your MMBA membership account will be placed on a temporary hold until the fee is paid.

If you cannot attend, you may transfer your registration to another MMBA member by notifying the MMBA Administrative Office before the event.
