Nick McLaughlin joins us from the Ridiculously Nice Collection Agency, Americollect, where he serves as a Regional Director of Sales. He believes that everybody deserves to be treated Ridiculously Nice, all the time, no matter what! He is the incoming President of Indiana Chapter of the Healthcare Financial Management Association, a graduate of Western Michigan University, and a thought leader in how to have positive conversations with patients to collect their balances.
