Speaker: Patty Davis, Executive Sales Director, Merchants & Medical
Patty will share tips and techniques for recovery of delinquent accounts. She will review consumer friendly resolutions, phone etiquette, call negotiations, collection laws and overview of bankruptcy laws.
Office scenario- child is brought in by non-custodial parent (who is financially responsible) – who goes to collection if the account gets this far? Patty will cover what you need to know.
