One of the greatest challenges of managing a multigenerational workforce is getting each generation to acknowledge and respect the unique attributes of others. The session will give guidance to leaders to motivate all generations to reach the common goals of the organization.

For in-person meetings, MMBA will allow substitutions, but not webinars. Contact Admin Assistant to arrange a substitute to avoid possible cancellation fees.
